Questions We Are Asked Most
It depends on the buyer. Straightforward private sector registrations can complete in three to six weeks; registration with a national oil company or government portal more often takes two to four months, largely because of certificate and audit requirements. We give you a realistic timeline after the first review of your documents.
Yes. Most of our clients are registering into markets where they have no local presence yet. We work across the GCC and the wider Middle East, and much of the process runs remotely — with site visits when the engagement calls for it.
Sometimes — it depends on whether you are already registered and what the technical annexes demand. If the timeline is not realistic we will say so rather than take the work, and we will focus instead on getting you ready for the next cycle.
Our standard model is a fixed fee agreed per scope — registration, tender preparation, training programme or sourcing assignment. Longer engagements can be structured as a monthly retainer. You receive the fee in writing before any work starts.
For the first call, nothing at all. To begin work we normally need your trade licence, latest financial statements, any quality or HSE certificates, a company profile and two or three reference projects. If some of those are missing, closing that gap becomes the first part of the plan.
